What is the difference between a real estate agent and a real estate broker?
Both must be licensed by the state. Brokers are generally required to have more education and experience than agents, and an agent works under a broker. At Croskey, the Broker of Record reviews every listing and sale decision before it reaches a client.

We use AI for valuation ranges, seller fit qualification, pricing analysis and disclosure assembly, and we disclose it openly, consistent with California SB 1001. Every decision stays under licensed human oversight.
Why do you only take a limited number of sellers each year?
So every listing gets full attention: pricing analysis, professional photography and the Verified Listing disclosure standard. We would rather do fewer listings well.
